- The first row names the lists by default; two or three lists are supported.
- Every region's items are listed below the diagram; Copy as table pastes them back into Excel.

Frequently asked questions
How do I bring in data from Excel?
Select the range including headers in Excel, WPS or Google Sheets, copy and paste it into the data box; tabs are detected automatically, and CSV or comma- or semicolon-separated text works too. Thousands separators, currency symbols and percent signs are removed.
Is there a watermark? Can I put it in PowerPoint?
No watermark. PNG exports at twice the chosen size and SVG is vector, so both stay sharp in PowerPoint, Word or print; you can also copy the image and paste it directly.
Is my data uploaded?
No. Data is parsed and drawn in your browser. A share link carries the data after the # in the URL, which is never sent to the server; only people with the link can see it.
What can I use a Venn diagram for?
Put your keywords, product models or exhibitor lists next to a competitor's, one per column, to see what you share and what they have that you do not (a keyword gap). Each region's items can be copied as a table back into Excel.
Do capitals and spaces matter?
By default capitals are ignored and repeated spaces count as one, so "Fan" and "fan " match; tick "Match case" for strict comparison. Circles are a fixed size rather than drawn to scale; read the counts inside them.
