How to use it
- Paste an article, customer reviews, inquiries or a keyword list.
- Set the shortest word and exclusions; for English, count two-word phrases too.
- Read counts and shares, download CSV or draw the word cloud.
What it is good for
- Find needs and problems that keep coming up in reviews and inquiries.
- Check keyword density in an article to avoid stuffing or missing core terms.
- Summarise frequent words in competitor pages, open survey answers and meeting notes.
How the layout works
Words are ordered by count or weight and sized on a square-root scale so the top word does not dominate. Each word spirals out from the centre of the shape looking for space, checked against the real letter shapes, so small words fill gaps between large ones.
Frequently asked questions
How are word frequencies counted?
Text is normalised for case and width, split into words (Chinese is segmented automatically), common function words and bare numbers are removed, and each word is counted; share = count ÷ total counted words.
Can it count English phrases?
Yes. Tick "Count two-word phrases" to also count adjacent English word pairs such as "centrifugal fan", useful for reviews, inquiries and SEO keywords.
Can I export the results to Excel?
Yes. "Download frequency CSV" gives rank, word, count and share and opens cleanly in Excel; or use "Copy words and counts" and paste into a sheet.
Which words are ignored?
Common function words such as "the" and "and" (and their Chinese equivalents) and bare numbers are ignored by default; switch off "Remove common words" or list words to exclude, such as brand names.
