How do credits work?
Google translation uses 1 credit per 100 actual upstream characters, counted per target language. HTML tags and protection markers follow actual provider input. Gemini credits use model-specific input, output and thinking-token rates. Review and confirm a reservation before execution.
Annual-plan credits are granted monthly; trials do not receive the paid allowance. Limits of 500 / 1,000 items describe task capacity, subject to character, language and credit limits. They do not include that number of articles at any length.
Existing AI inquiry allowances remain separate. Buy credit packs online; credits are added automatically once payment succeeds.

Which plan should I choose?
Free is enough for one website when you want to see how it is doing. Pro suits export teams of 2–10 people with steady inquiries: 5 websites, 5-minute availability checks and inquiry routing by country. Pro Max is for factories with several websites and salespeople that also need managed internal linking and WordPress bulk changes. If you are unsure, start with the 14-day Pro trial.
How does the trial work, and what happens when it ends?
New companies get a 14-day Pro trial automatically, with no card required. The trial does not include the paid monthly credits. When it ends, the company returns to Free with its settings and data kept; websites and members above the Free limits become read-only and are not deleted.
How do I pay, and does it renew automatically?
After signing up, pay online from the billing page in your console (Stripe, cards and more). Monthly or annual plans are one-off payments, activated automatically and never charged again at expiry. Annual payment saves 2 months. Online payments are charged in CNY (RMB).
