Structural optimization may not reduce size. Saving removes scripts and unsafe document actions. Compression processes the entire PDF and reports actual before and after sizes.

How do I convert PDF to JPG images?
Choose a PDF, open PDF to images, select pages and JPG or PNG, then choose 96, 150 or 200 DPI. One page downloads as an image; multiple pages download in a ZIP. Higher DPI increases detail, memory use and file size.
Can I edit text after converting PDF to Word?
Editable text extracts existing PDF text into DOCX for quotes and product details. Complex tables, columns and typography are approximate. Scanned pages with no extractable text do not produce an empty document; OCR is not available. Page images preserve the visual layout, but their text is not editable in Word.
Can this free PDF editor change original text or securely redact content?
You can arrange, merge, rotate, delete and reorder PDF pages and add text, watermarks or PNG/JPG marks. It does not reflow or change original text and does not securely redact. Covering content does not remove underlying sensitive information; do not use overlays for redaction.
Is PDF compression useful for emailing product catalogues?
Yes. Try structural optimization first; page content is preserved, but a smaller file is not guaranteed. After confirmation, image-heavy catalogues can be rebuilt as compressed page images for attachments. Selectable text, links, forms and digital signatures are lost. Compare actual sizes before downloading; the tool clearly reports when no reduction is achieved.
Are my files uploaded or sent to AI?
No. Reading, previewing, conversion and export run in this browser. Closing or refreshing the page clears the workspace; no cloud copy is created. The first operation downloads PDF components from this site. Existing advertising and site analytics still operate under site rules. This workspace does not send document contents to advertising or analytics services.
Why are large, encrypted or signed PDFs limited?
Each PDF is limited to 40 MB and 60 pages, with a total rendered-pixel limit to protect mobile memory. Unlock encrypted files in authorized software first. Signed PDFs cannot be edited or compressed here; keep the original. Embedded PDF scripts are not executed.
